Abstract
Philosophy in education, Philosophy must be an essential part of secondary education. We explain why and how. The proposal is to live in a civilized society, not a barbarous one. The study of philosophy should not be merely optional, but universal. The phases of the educational process are specified in the following subjects: History and culture of religion, Ethics, Philosophy and History of philosophy. The presence of philosophy in primary education and university studies is also indicated.
