Résumé
El concepto de «ciencia normal» formulado por Thomas Kuhn requiere que se aborde su ambigüedad, su marco normativo implícito y sus analogías limitadas. Objeciones históricas y epistémicas muestran que no constituye el marco operativo que se le atribuye, sino que funciona como una maquinaria monista. En contraposición a la idea de que la ciencia progresa resolviendo problemas, aquí se sostiene que su fuerza radica en la capacidad de generar nuevos enigmas. Se propone, además, una nueva visión de las crisis científicas: no como resultado de anomalías acumuladas, sino como síntomas de un agotamiento en la producción de problemas.
