Abstract
The text questions Marc Richir'ʹs concept of phenomenological reduction called by him a "ʺphenomenological hyperbolic epochè"ʺ. More precisely -‐‑ starting with a step by step reading of the strategic text of the third Méditation phénoménologique -‐‑ we attempted to understand how Richir performs in concrete terms this epochè, while in a tight debate with Kant, Husserl and Heidegger, he seeks toliberatethe phenomenon not only from all centration on subjectivity or a Dasein, but also from
any conception of temporality as a phenomenon'ʹs pure form.
