Finis Terrae of lusphilosophy?

Abstract

This work consists of a route of the recent history of the subject Jusphilosophy in Spain. This route stops at what has happened in recent years. Nevertheless, it exposes, prospectively, different ways to try to overcome the banishment and/or burial of the subject: we talk about the resurrection or reincarnation. Uselessness and melancholy frame an end suffering from the Gramscian tension between the Pessimism of the Intelligence and the Optimism of the Will.
