(«Look at me, my love, while I invent you»), the book by María José Palma Borrego we are reviewing, is a title that perfectly matches the title of the film under analysis, Portrait d´une jeune fille en feu (2019), by French filmmaker Céline Sciamma, and translated as «Portrait of a Lady on Fire» (available on YouTube).
