Philosophy and history of ideas in Latin America: margins and grammars on philosophizing in difference

Abstract

The history of ideas in Latin America continues to be a fertile field of inquiry. Among other things, because various truth projects are revealed in their stories. One of the purposes pursued by this work is to distinguish the main tenors that have characterized a plural and open dialogue of proposals that gravitate around the question of how to mean and build a praxis on philosophical thought in Latin America? In the course of a historical reconstruction of the stated problem, it is proposed that one of the properties that this philosophical project entails is plurality; It is a polyphony of voices that dialogues, diverges and polemicizes with the philosophical currents coming from European traditions.
