Abstract
The present review is aimed at exploring the symbolic elements of hospitality, which evinces an inter-tribal pact formed by communities to conform a self-defense (alliance). Its function and goal consist in controlling to those who are different to me, as well as generating tolerance in order for the alien not to be attacked. However, tolerance signals to subordination of alien’s interests to mine. This represents a subtle act of generating politics. Strangers always figure themselves as inferior to hosts, similarly to the way humans think respecting to their Gods. By violating suddenly the covenant of hospitality (triggering hostility) implies not only embracing the evilness, but also becomes in a monster.
