Abstract
Between poetic creation and speculative essay, Dedizioni (Dedications) draws an itinerary of places, memories and texts, seeking the motivations that animate the experience of writing. It is an attempt to access the relationship that poets entertain with language and the elusive character of the primordial gesture of naming. The author convenes some of his irreplaceable friends, including the French writer Hélène Cixous, the Quebecker poet Nicole Brossard, the Italian poets Giovanni Raboni and Francesco Scarabicchi, the Italian writers Dolores Prato and Alberto Savinio.
