Abstract
We want to pay homage to Ricardo Sánchez Ortiz de Urbina, who has just turned 91 years old. He is a philosopher and a phenomenologist who carries out a revolutionary proposal: stromatology, in the phenomenological tradition of Husserl and Richir; and after his stage of youth and maturation under tutelage of Gustavo Bueno.
In this article I try to understand his philosophical system (stromatological), and I am committed to highlight one of its essential and original theories: the intermediation ́s level. Here we find the transcendental nature of the human being, who no longer needs a «Transcendental Ego». And here we find how culture can be developed, and also languages and mother tongues, mathematical and physical sciences, art, the symbolic world of myths, religions and ideologies. It is also the place where Quantum reality and classical empirical reality can intertwine.
