Abstract

This article, after outlining Quentin Meillassoux's philosophy, undertakes a political reading of his work, attempting to derive from his factial ontology, gnoseology and ethics a politics based on the essential elements of his philosophy of contingency, in particular his concepts of Great Outdoors and Hyperchaos, and attempts to demonstrate its relevance for a new political paradigm.
