Abstract
Kant criticized the moral philosophy of Aristotle for two reasons: on the empirical application of the golden mean principle and the application of the eudaimonia principle. The article is divided into four sections. First, it shows the elements of Kant'ʹs practical philosophy. Second, it shows the elements of the Kantian criticism. Third, it explains the place of principles in Aristotle ́s moral theory. Finally, we defend the thesis that Kant'ʹs critique is relatively unsatisfactory.
