Abstract
Philosophical Anthropology studies human being as a metaphysical problem, because it is subject and object at the same time. So, the human being is impossible to reduce to a scientific thing. In this sense, Philosophical Anthropology develops an always open hermeneutical task between human sciences, philosophy and –many times- theology. Michel Foucault has studied the historical construction of this philosophical field as a strange historical event in the West, defined by this french philosopher as an experience not reducible to a subjective experience. This is a gateway to his critique of the Philosophical Antropology. This paper tries, at first, to approach the concept of experience through some Foucault writings, which inquire into the historical grown of human being. Secondly, it shows what I perceive as a background tension that can take in different edges, for example: the historical and the founding, the effects of the foucauldian proposal and the classical approaches of Philosophical Anthropology, or what I’m going to call an "anonymous experience" without meaning and the experience of the meaning of life from consciousness.
