Abstract
Analysis of the structure and organization of the Autonomous Systems of Lethal Weapons (LAWS) from the reading of Arnold Pacey A scheme to better understand the discussions generated the inside of the phenomenon of Lethal Autonomous Weapons Systems (LAWS), is proposed by Arnold Pacey, who in his work La cultura de la tecnología, considers that technical practice It includes not only innovation, design and construction, but also operation, maintenance and use. So it proposes a triad constituted by the one of cultural, organizational and technical order; comprehensive understands technology as a "practice" or "process". The objective of this study is to identify those elements that make up the current technological advances of the LAWS and beyond the dimensions of the technology proposed by Arnold Pacey and that, therefore, do not make it possible to analyze the phenomenon in its total and new complexity. Every technological artefact is surrounded by a web of human activities, ranging from the personal interests of those who design them, through industrial development and economic appraisal, to the use, maintenance and interiorization of life by the user. Each agent that participates in the technological process prints its particular purposes and values, so that the technology ends up adapting to the circumstance that corresponds to it. So it is necessary to study LAWS technology evaluating its social integration; 9 Marzo 2017 Hence its structure is investigated, how it is organized, allowing to think of it as a dynamic practice, adapted and configured according to various factors and not be understood in a homogeneous way.
