Abstract
Political representativity legitimizes Democracy. But occasionally, minority voters are not considered because of the lack of deliberative spaces to defend their differentiated identities. Why should a political representative take into account the minorities who project identities uncomfortable to those in the majority? And consequently, when can it be said that a minority is well represented, that is, sufficiently recognized? Answering these questions demands explaining the transit from legitimacy to legality through the recognition of rights still unrecognized, of the right to demand rights, of differentiated rights. These are analyzed and their objections replied.
