Abstract
This article attempts to analyze the notion of Derridean
Justice. Firstly, examines the vicinity and distances of this
position with the Heideggerian Dike reading. Secondly,
develops the aporetic relationship between justice and right
and tries to provide is, finally, a manner of no-‐‑dialectical
articulation in the light of the notion of Derridean ghost.
