Abstract
Power in Foucault is a topic that is inserted in all the work of the philosopher as a central element of their problematizations. His notion of power, is widely known for being disruptive and critical of the forms in which it has control of different areas of human life. In this sense, in the era of the Hyperpolitics ‐idea put forward by Sloterdijk‐seems arise scenario for to overcome or venture into it at least to get rid of the forms of power historically exerted. Therefore, the article that presented below aims to describe the relationship between biopower and Hyperpolitics. For this, we review the notion of power Foucualt, then continue with Sloterdijkʹs analysis of the evolution of politics, proposing the emergence of hyperpolitics, to finally present the discussion as to whether it is possible in this new scenario envision libertarian action of subjects disciplining and regulatory power.
