The ontological status of values from my phenomenological and non-hermeneutical perspective

Abstract

Values neither exist outside the human mind nor are they created by it. What are called «values» are the emotional reactions of the valuing consciousness to those stimuli that affect it. The human mind uses created axiological categories to express the impact that particular situations or entities have upon it, depending on the circumstances.
