Abstract

It   is   here   reflected   about   the   concepts   of   War   and   Peace,

using   the   communications   presented   during   the   X

International   Conference   of   the   Hispanic   Society   of

Philosofical   anthropology   (SHAF).   The   Conference   took

place   in   the   University   of   Alicante   (June,   2012)   under   the

auspices  of  Alicante  Culture  Institute  Juan  Gil-­‐‑Albert.  These

concepts  are  studied  from  three  perspectives:  human  nature,

conflict   and   harmony;   political,   ethical   and   religious

justification  of  war;  and  the  artistic  representation  of  war.
