Abstract
En el siguiente texto haremos una breve exposición de los tipos de derechos que los pueblos indígenas suelen reivindicar. Para ello, definiremos primero qué queremos decir cuando hablamos de pueblos indígenas y qué tipos de derechos son los que están reivindicando: si son un tipo de derechos que se pueden reducir a derechos individuales, como se han entendido tradicionalmente en Occidente o no y cuáles son las posturas teóricas que mantienen una u otra posición.
