Abstract
Though Michel Foucault always said that he had not constructed a political theory, there is the one who has dealt in defending the opposite. It is Walzer's case, which holds that yes that there is a political theory that we can be tracing in her work. Coming closer to expose the content of this supposed political theory, Walzer thinks that the approach of Michel Foucault's studies on the disciplinary society is erroneous. The aim of this article is, to check Walzer's position, in the light of the transformation of the political horizon that has taken place since he formulated it, as well as of other elements that can help us train a judgment about the Foucault's political positions.
