Abstract
Community Immigration: Reverse Discrimination?, edited by Carlota Solé, examines the impact of migration from European Union countries to Spain. The volume focuses on foreign retirees settled in coastal regions and on European and Eastern European workers in Catalonia. It explores living conditions, access to health and social care services, labour-market integration, and patterns of social mobility, while also considering possible processes of ethnic stratification linked to these migratory flows. Adopting a sociological perspective, the book analyses the relationships between immigration, employment, social integration, and public services within the context of contemporary European migration.
