Abstract
The need for more humanistic Legal Norms is making way for less humanistic policies, which are increasingly growing. It corresponds to the Philosophy of Law, to respond to the questions of man before injustices. No law, no matter how fair it may seem, if it does not have man, his humanity, integrity and dignity, as a center of protection, should not be legitimized by state power, because the main function of the state is and must be the protection of man himself.![Creative Commons License](http://i.creativecommons.org/l/by-nc-nd/4.0/88x31.png)
