Resumen
Nancy Fraser es una de las principales representantes actuales de la teoría crítica de la sociedad, tradición de pensamiento político y social que ella ha enriquecido con una original reformulación feminista que incorpora, entre otras, perspectivas y estrategias postmodernas y pragmatistas. En este artículo me aproximaré a un tema que aparece de manera reiterada en sus publicaciones
desde hace más de dos décadas. Me refiero a la revisión del concepto de esfera pública, que ella considera indispensable para los cometidos de una teoría crítica cuyo principal objetivo es cuestionar la injusticia institucionalizada.
