Abstract

In a previous article, entitled «From Warrior's Dialogue to Home Dialogue: For a Phenomenology of Jealousy» and in homage to Ricardo Sánchez Ortiz de Urbina, I concluded that Love and Jealousy form the very beginning of the human condition in its dimension of excess, by arguing that the discrete Love/Hate duality is not the base and foundation of affections, but instead, the continuous Love/Jealousy duality. The questions arise of their own: with what concept would Hate be linked by continuity and excess? And what is the position of Hate with respect to Love? From a comment by Maimonides —in which he links enmity with hatred and from which only the knowledge of the truth can alienate us— I will argue that Hate is generated by Critic, by Critical Knowledge that destroys the absolute Truth. And I will propose a semiotic- topological explanatory system with literary and historical examples.
