Abstract
Digital Humanism and Gender Perspective offers a comprehensive analysis of the legal, ethical, and social challenges of digitalization, with a focus on child protection, gender equality, and the ethical use of artificial intelligence. Through a solid regulatory framework based on the General Data Protection Regulation, the Artificial Intelligence Regulation, and Spanish law, it proposes strategies to ensure humanistic and equitable technological development, highlighting the need for inclusive public policies and the shared responsibility of all involved. Its relevance lies in its ability to articulate legal solutions to digital risks, establishing itself as an essential contribution to the contemporary debate on rights and technology.
